Our carol for Jerusha Grumble will be "Joy to the World" in C, verses 1 and 4.
Link to piano track is here (along with a tapping foot to help us stay together; thankfully the slightly out of tune piano will NOT be part of the finished play, since the girls and Jerusha are singing acapella):

Words:
Joy to the world! the Lord is come; Let earth receive her King;
Let ev'ry heart prepare Him room,
And heav'n and nature sing, and heav'n and nature sing,
And heav'n and heav'n and nature sing.
He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness,
And wonders of His love, and wonders of His love,
And wonders, wonders of His love.

Thanks MaryAnn I will put the link to the tune in the MW for others to be able to follow. Love this one but it reminds me of when my son was young and he loved the Mickey Mouse version of it.MaryAnnSpiegel wrote:Our carol for Jerusha Grumble will be "Joy to the World" in C, verses 1 and 4.

Can you please make sure that between each line there are 2 to 3 seconds of silence which will make it easier for editing later on.
At the beginning of the file please say
Mrs Peyton read by (insert the name you wish to be known by)

Neither necessary nor desirable

It looks to me as if that book was not thoughtfully edited. I’m surprised it has sold.
If you could carry out the edits and then reupload using the same file name that would be great.
Thanks
