Obs, thanks! I'm on my laptop, which makes it a pain to move the section, but I'll get it in the right place later.

My long break from recording is finally over! Before I left, I had requested to voice Captain Gaumard, but I relinquished the role because I didn't know how long my break would be. Now that I have returned to recording, may I take up the role once again?

I should mention that, because I have been away so long and because I now have an almost entirely new recording setup, I have submitted a new 1-minute test, and I would like to wait to get advice back on that before I submit any real recordings. If you would like to give my test a listen and let me know what you think, I would certainly be grateful!

Thanks, Kristin! Here's Captain Gaumard, duration 01:54: https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/montecristo_captaingaumard_29.flac

This is the first recording I've made for an audiobook now that I'm recording again, so please let me know if you notice that I should be doing anything differently.

Hi Kristin,

I just want to let you know that I am currently recording the part of "Governor" in Chapters 14 & 19 and would like to request more time. I signed up for too many projects at one time and the deadlines are all coming up at once.

148 Governor Chapter 14
149 Governor Chapter 19

Thanks!
TJ
