Hi, right now there is only Cucumetto + all chapter 33 available
Okay. Can I claim that?
Of course!

Thanks.

:help:
I'm afraid I'm not sure exactly what to read. I don't see a link. The narrator for Chapter 33 is already claimed. :hmm:

As this is a play, you read the part of Cucumetto as well as the lines marked for 'all'. If you go into the first post, you can find the link to the chapters, but I'll give you the link to 33 below. Cucumetto is marked in pink text, 'all' is marked with yellow outline.
Just record the lines and leave about 5 seconds between each line in the recording.

Hi, that's just a filler, to keep everything sorted. Right now, everything here is claimed.

Hi Judy,

I wrote a long, detailed message a month ago, giving you explicit instructions on how and where to post your 1-minute test and which steps to take after that, but I see you have not yet submitted your 1-minute test to the correct forum. To refresh your memory, see my message below. (Check out my whole message from Feb. 6th to get tips about how to record your part in a dramatic reading).

Sorry it's been awhile. I'm still interesting in reading the count of Monte Cristo. Here is my audio test.

Hi Judy,

Maybe I can assist you. First of all, I see you have recorded a test, but you don't need to post it here in this forum, but you need to post it over in the Listeners & Editors Wanted forum. I see you haven't done that yet, so that is your first step.
Check out this page here: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording

What you need to do is to go over to the Listeners & Editors Wanted Forum - Click this link here:

viewforum.php?f=21

Then at the top, just under the title, Listeners & Editors Wanted, you can see a tab: New Topic

Click New Topic and write a message introducing yourself and post the link for your 1-minute test there.

Then someone will come along and listen to your recording and give you tips on how to adjust your settings.

When you've passed your one-minute test over there, then come back here and join in!

1-Minute Test Instructions (check numbers 3 and 4):
https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=1-Minute_Test

...

[See my message from Feb. 6th for tips on how to record for a dramatic reading]

Have fun,
TJ

As TJ mentioned, you cannot reacord before you get an okay on your 1 minute test. And your chapters haven't been reassigned.

PL Narrator chapter 96
96
09:00 - It's not inVAlid, but INvalid, like sick
09:17 - Mispronounce d'armilly, should be more like 'darmiy', like this(though it doesn't have to be that accented): https://no.forvo.com/search/d'armilly/
14:30 - Mispronounce Commissary, should be like this: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/pronunciation/english/commissary

I would also ask that you keep a little more room between the lines where someone else is speaking. Right now you have 1-2 seconds, and 3 is the ideal. You don't have to correct the file, but going forward. Other than that, good reading:)

Chapter 97, however, have no sound.
