Well read, just one note for future reading, this track sounds a little over noise cleaned, no need, in my opinion, to re-record. Again, I loved your Old Woman 2.

Here's Chapter 28. Potential problem, though: Part of the way through, the refrigerator started making a buzzing sound. I thought I'd gotten it out in noise cleaning, but in editing I realized that, alas, it's still there. Let me know what you think. I can re-record a portion (or all) if necessary.

I understand that I get to PL all of the above chapters. And it looks like each role will have one reader who will record a bit from this chapter and a bit from that and so on until their part is completed. Then an editor will put all the parts together into chapters and then the PLing starts. Or do I PL those parts of the submitted recording that are in the above chapters

Still bonehead newbie here

If the PLing was done by part rather than by chapter, would that be easier on the editors or would it make more work for someone to create a document with only one part in it...

No matter as I look forward to participating in and hearing all this cool stuff regardless.

Yep, this.

Everything needs to be PLed before editing and then again after. I think Sarah's still looking for someone to PL the completed chapters, but that comes much later down the road.

This is a huge project, and its size makes it rather confusing.

Gertrude - Chapter 9

I added a line to this one - in a section of narration, Gertrude has a thought in the first person that begins "They will try to force me..." I don't know if you want the narrator to read it, but I thought I'd throw it in just in case!

Gertrude - Chapter 10

There's a line in this chapter, "Well, we will speak no more of the past..." that is color-coded for Gertrude, but I'm pretty sure it's her father, so I didn't record it. Let me know if you need it though!

Gertrude - Chapter 20

There is a line that Gertrude says to Lucy, but it's in the third person. I wasn't sure if you wanted it that way, or if you wanted a more natural-sounding second person, so I put in both versions.
