Act 3 changed - https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/letty_hilda_3.mp3 (4:06)

There's a pronunciation that I'm not quite sure of on Act 1 - the word "recherchy". I did it in a pretentious tone (because well, Hilda). If it should be pronounced in another way, please just let me know.
the word is actually pronounced very accurately for French "recherché", Hilda might have maimed it a bit more  no but I think it can stand like that, she likes to use nouveau-riche words ;)

Only one thing to correct right at the beginning:

> for the voice credit, please always read the full description from the MW, that way we don't need to insert the narrator's voice for that part: "Hilda Gunning, An Assistant at Madame Watkin's, read by..."

Act 3 is now PL ok

thank you for the great performance

yep, and now PL ok, thank you

@Todd: I believe we have everyone in then. I guess the two edits are negligible for the maitre d'hotel, for the voice credit we have the narrator to plug in, so we can use the file as such, since the reader has not come back yet. I PMed him but no luck so far.

I PM'd weeks ago with no response and no log-in to Librivox since. We'll just go with what we have.

Downloading to edit now.

Missing line in Act 3.

p153 - Marion: It's delicious. I'm really hungry.

Separate file please.

Thanks, Todd

A good rule of thumb for me is always: when in doubt, record it as written. It's easier to cut than to re-record later on. ;)
I usually leave the dubious stuff in, but since these lines were so short I went the other way.
great job, Mattea, I love your matter-of-fact recording for Marion, she is the voice of reason in this play, it seems. You characterized her perfectly to the end  loved it !
Thank you! :9: Yes, she is the one with both feet firmly on the ground. For once I got to play someone who's very similar to me in character
Act 1:
> at 8:27: (p. 42) "I've got you – Marion – Polly –" – I think this needs to be included, she is probably talking in a soothing voice to fainting Letty and she reassures her who it is that holds her. So, it means something like: "it's me, it's your friend Marion, your dear Polly, I've got you."
Ahh yes, you're right. I guess the ellipses threw me for a loop there

Apologies for missing that.

Didn't actually take me long to do that one. :-)

Herewith separate file: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/letty_hilda_2_separate.mp3 (0:06)

Wasn't quite sure about the naming convention but hopefully easy to find.

Now I have to groom the acts to be ready for Final PL - which is when I get to listen to everything!
