The Clerk is PL OK! Well done

He is quite stroppy and sarcastic and you characterised that well :)

We're glad to have you!
All the instructions can seem a little daunting, but if you have questions, just ask! We're a helpful bunch.

Todd manages this thread and the "Magic Window", and I'll be the proof-listener and editor of this particular play.

Once you've got the tech stuff tested with your 1-minute recording, the first post in this thread will tell you what the file name should be, and how to go about recording your lines.
When you record your voice credit, you'll read "Lydia, her niece, read by -your chosen name-". Leave a few seconds (3-5 is the usual, but longer or a little shorter is just fine on this project) after that, and again between each of your character's lines. In this play, the narrator's lines (in "[]" brackets) will often split yours, so please treat the before and after as two separate lines, leaving the silence between them.

When you upload your file, Todd will need your chosen credit name and the length of the recording along with the link, so he can get you in the Magic Window.
Then I'll give the file a listen and tell you whether it's OK straight off the bat, or if it needs a tweak here and there.

Sonia
Thanks Sonia, that makes us fully claimed and other 2 roles are in so I may be able to begin editing soon (a fairly new experience for me)
