Perfect timing :) Thank you so much.

Jim, I'm uploading the final Ch. 8 now. Scott'll be over in a few minutes to update the MW.

(I just sent this note via PM to Peter)

I just found *another* narrator portion in chapter 9 that was stuck inside dialogue. Would you be able to record these short lines, and name the file: hansomcabdr_narrator_09_supp2 ? So sorry to keep "knocking on your door"!

--------------------------------------
Mrs. Sampson: "What an awful thing it are to think 'e'll be a corpse some day,"

***Narrator: she chirped cheerily to herself,

Mrs. Sampson: "tho' of course bein' a great swell in 'is own place, 'e'll 'ave a nice airy vault, which 'ud be far more comfortable than a close, stuffy grave, even tho' it 'as a tombstone an' vi'lets over it. Ah, now! Who are you, impertinence?"

***Narrator: she broke off, as a stout man in a light suit of clothes crossed the road and rang the bell,

Mrs. Sampson: "a-pullin' at the bell as if it were a pump 'andle."

(Note to self: spots are @9:52 & 10:23 in detailed draft.)

No need to apologise in the least! It's all part of the process, as far as I'm concerned.

I have uploaded https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/hansomcabdr_narrator_09_supp2.mp3 (0:18)

I've finished Chapter 10 for final review - Jim, let me know if it has any stretches that need further detailing with pacing or volume between voices. 8-)

Hi Lynette,

Actually, I think both the volume and pacing are very good. I would not change anything along those lines.

However, as an optional edit, at 8:00 I heard "and and yet".

I am looking forward to more chapters yet to come :)

Thanks, Jim! I've edited that bit. Would you mind spot-PL'ing for me? Scott's not here to mark the MW, so if you beat him to this, will you change the notebox time to 18:07?

PL Okay

I hope Scott does not mind if I jumped the gun and PL'ed before he moved this in the MW.
