I'm missing a line from Newman Noggs at the top of Page 8 - very end of Act I Scene II

"Take it - read it - nobody knows - that's all."
Here's the corrected file:
https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/nicholasnickleby_newmannoggs_1.mp3
The insertion is at 17s.

Don't worry about it. :D It was one of those tricky ones where it was hard to figure out who the line belonged to!

Okay -- Here is Act I:

https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/nicholasnickleby_1_stirling_128kb.mp3

The incidental music is "The English Christmas Home" 1845 and "Under the Holly Bough" 1848 - both .mp3 recordings created by me. So all public domain.

Hi Kelly,
The music sounds great! For Act 1, it sounds like there is talking/laughter/background noise at the following times. Please review and let me know what you think. Otherwise, it's PL Okay.

The times are 7:12 (laughter), 26:42, 27:08, 27:42-54, 35:04-09, 35:15, 40:26-36 (background noise), 43:36, 49:56-50:04.

Thanks,
Lora

Well, this is what we in the business call making a mistake.... I have failed to turn on the "sync tracks command" at some point before exporting this file. I will retrace my steps and try again!

They do a great job with Dickens' quirky characters, don't they? I should have Act II ready soon!

Kelly,
In Act 2, at 13:20, the beginning of Scene 3, there is a line from Newman Noggs that is missing: "This way, come this way, my dear boy." Maybe it's not needed? I'll let you decide.

You have done a masterful job of editing this and Velasco--the plays always turn out so well! Thank you for all your hard work and attention to detail--it pays off!

Thanks! Our casts have done a fabulous job of bringing these scripts to life.
I'm afraid I got a bit more frazzled than usual trying to switch back and forth between the two plays, but I think we're going to be able to finish them both up nicely. :D

Sorry to trouble you, but we need one more line from Noggs --
Act 2, Scene 3, page 25

"This way, come this way, my dear boy."

should go at around 0:53 in your current recording.

Thanks!
