Thanks! I think that, aside from Lord Peter, who sometimes says a phrase in French, this is the only one - and I was hoping there'd be somebody who would be willing to read it!

Hi, Dawn Welcome to LibriVox!

There are a few edits we need on your character file:

Can you please open your track and zoom in so you can see the half-second marks, then make these edits:

• The very last line appears to be an outtake for a correction you made in an earlier area, and it is no longer needed - so can you clip off the part from 3:21, on?
• Now, copy one of the good pauses between character lines, then go to the stretch from 0:21 - 0:24, check that it is saying, "She leaned nearer, so that the child might not hear," and paste that pause there.
• Now, please paste that same pause into the spots at 0:09 and 0:06, so that the line, “She is nervous, pauvre petite,” stand out visually from your voice credit and the next line after it. (These pauses are very important for the editing process when the chapter is put together.)

- In case you haven't needed to edit a list from a PL before, you'll always want to work from the end of the recording toward the beginning, or the time stamps the PL gives you will get all messed up.

EDITED to add: Oh! P.S. There is a French maid in this project: Lady Frederick. I don't think she actually speaks French lines, but a little accent in her voicing would be perfect.
