It was only 13 seconds I don’t know if it was supposed to be.

-0.5-1 second of silence at intro
-no background noise/pauses
-recording is perfect not too loud/quiet

1. Do I pause for every stage direction in the script?
2. Is there going to be a set tune for the song that Martha and Abel sing in scene 1?
Anna Kate
Yes, you do pause for stage directions,
and yes, I there is a set tune, but I haven't gotten a chance to post it yet; I'll try to do that in a few minutes.

Chorus Prologue

https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/mysteryplay_chorus_prologue.mp3

This is a first attempt at the Prologue Chorus. I found it difficult to fit the words to your accompaniment so this probably sounds pretty bad. If it is not acceptable I could try again but it would be a lot easier to use the traditional tune. Otherwise I could just read Zachary and leave the chorus to others :hmm:

Typically if you pl a section, you pl the whole project, but you can do section 30 then decide if you want to dedicate yourself to the whole project

Here's first attempt at Martha scenes 4 and 5. I'll finish 1 just as soon as I have the tune to the song!

Alright! So when I record, do I play the video and sing along with it, or should I memorize the tune and do it a cappella? :help: :hmm:

You play the video using headphones and sing along, so you are singing with the video, but only your voice is picked up on your mic.

Yeah, I figured that out... After I asked, but I always have to be sure of every thing before I record. :D
Thanks!
