Re Act 1 @ 26:11 - When we did The Sorcerer, I mentioned that modern author Tom Holt has used the Jonathan Wellington Wells, Family Sorcerer, name in that play in a current set of novels. Well, another set of his novels are powered by the mysterious things that happen with you look through the holes in napkin rings or doughnuts as happens here in this play....

Beautiful performance by everyone involved! As expected, the multiplicity of voices and accents made listening a real treat! (Although, I have to say, it seems to me there are more than a few plot holes. But Ms. Bruorton did the best she could, I'm sure. )
No suggestions for acts 1 and 4, these are totally PL ok right off!
I do have a few suggestions for acts 2 and 3 for you to consider, though.
Act 2
16:53 I'd shorten this pause here, so that Barretta is cut off sooner. Can't have her blabbing what she knows just yet!
41:42 This pause also felt a bit long to me. Pansy isn't exactly being interrupted, but still it wasn't clear to me while listening why she suddenly stopped mid-sentence.
42:32 I'm not sure if this stage direction is necessary: "Pansy, becoming excited." She sounds pretty excited, and this seems to make things drag.
43:55 This also could maybe be cut: "Pansy, laughing scornfully."
Act 3
21:59 Barretta's line here seems a bit overloud to me: "But I wasn't saying anything, pa." The same with a couple of spots in Mr. Bland's next line, especially the spike at 22:12.
Thank you. Changes to Act 2 and 3 made as you suggest. Ready for Spot PL.
Plot holes? Oh yeah. Enough to keep a road crew busy for months!
Thanks, Todd
