I notice that the whole of this scene is in small print and so presumably usually cut in performance

and thank you for the great spacing between lines - makes it nice and easy during editing!

Don't need to fix it here, but as an FYI, for plays and DRs, you never need to announce the act or chapter at the beginning of a track - just start right in with your first line for that section. (the voice credit on your first file for a project is the only thing you need to do that's not an actual line)
