I suspect that some of the readers here may do narration work. If so, you may relate to this voice over session going south. If not, you will understand it more than the average person and you're "learning with CRG English Priiimme"  Either way, it's an entertaining 5 minutes.

 Absolutely brilliant!

Makes me happy that clients are never present at my actual recording session.
Cheers, Ava.

i had something like this but not satirically overdone to meet my own expectations.
most often, i didn't understand the sentence or paragraph on the forst go and realized that while editing.

This is a normal everyday session for me. I even think he underplayed it a bit ...

Not really. Things can get very frustrating like today having to abandon a book I had recorded nearly six chapters of, because there were so many mistakes in the text, and it stated there were 22 chapters when in fact there were approximately 35! Also because it all seemed a bit too far fetched and extreme. But I was just recording and had not yet set it up for LV. I have a loaded revolver ready in case things get worse ...

Oh man... I can see how that would be frustrating. Here's to hoping that things improve!

Funny piece, but to prove truth is funnier than fiction, I give you the infamous Orson Welles Frozen Peas voice over session: https://archive.org/details/BobCautteroFrozenPeas1. (Warning: This contains adult language which may be offensive to some).

Poor guy, sounds like he needed a hug. Probably no one could get their hands around him since 1953
