I’m sure many of you already know that George Orwell is PD in Europe as of today. His works are still under copyright in the US, so can’t be read for LV. But if you live in Europe (or Canada or Australia, where he has been PD for a while), you may want to hop over to Legamus. There you could read the first PD audiobook of Animal Farm, or Nineteen Eighty Four, or another of Orwell’s many novels and non-fiction works.
