Gargantua and Pantagruel

Hey everyone!
I wanted to read a tall tale and I found this book online! I know there are a few books in this series and I found that we read a few. I was wondering if Gargantua and Pantagruel book I is the actual first book in the series or if book I is part 1 in the first book (Some classics have many books and parts in them so I was just wondering).

We have book I and book II recorded. I'm not sure if book one and book two are two different books or two parts in one book.

I'm not sure what you mean but if you check the text links on the catalogue page , they give a fairly good description on what each is ?
