Aloha all,
Does anyone have any suggestions on an MP3 player app that doesn't forget you're listening to something? The "music" one on the iPhone is so unreliable that I actually write down the time in a notebook after every listening session so that I can fast-forward to that spot when it (often) just goes back to the library when I'm not looking. And, maddeningly, that spot can be off by 10-12 minutes.
Help!
Reliable MP3 Player?

The LV files play on another app, I'm struggling with MP3's. I have other audiobooks and podcasts and the like in that format and the iPhone player is a sad beast!
Argh.

This probably won't be of much help, but I have been using three little CREATIVE MuVo V100's for a number of years with few problems. The 2 gb one tends to pick up a bit ahead after a stop and shutdown on occasion, but the two 1 gb's have been flawless over the years. They are no longer available new. Last new one I noticed was "new in the package" on fleabay for something like $200!
I also downloaded the Librivox app for my iPhone 6. Very easy to use and has worked well so far.
Some of the MP3 players have become so complicated to use that it is extremely difficult to figure them out.

Thanks ($200? Yikes!), I was hoping to find something stable for the phone. I've finally given up believing in any of them and write down the time I stopped after every listening session so I can find it again when something inevitably goes wrong...
