Quite a daring poem I should say, but actually it's a perfect fit in the style of Sherman Alexie. To be quite frank, I prefer reading short stories (read all of them by Sherman Alexie), but sometimes I do open a poem or two to enjoy his unique writing with the focus on indignation, self-conscious motifs and and even sarcastic vector (with dark humor).
