Yes indeed! One of mine just did that this afternoon--snapped through the electric fence (and trod down the field fence) and was, when I found her, alternatively snicker-snacking on the comfrey outside her pasture and blatting to be let back in. Perhaps if I think of her as a vorpal goat next time she does this I will mind it less...
