My family will be having pie tomorrow at 9:26 a.m. Why? 3.1415926. As my husband says, we won't have this chance again for another hundred years.

Not that we're nerds or anything.

I have to work tomorrow, so I will have some when I get home. But at 9:26 I will be mentioning it to everybody at work while the rest of my family is eating pie.

I think they should listen to pi while they eat, don't you?

By the title of your first post, I thought you meant Raspberry Pi. (a credit card sized computer) I never even thought of the actual Pi. :D

Don't forget it's Einstein's birthday too - just in case you need a reason for that second piece of pie...

We'll probably just have round pancakes.

Maybe for supper we'll have a pizza pie!

Ooh, great idea -- or maybe chicken pot pie! (We eat a lot of pizza already.)

The apple pie just came out of the oven. I'm trying to decide whether to roll out another crust and make a pumpkin one. I think I will. For Einstein, of course. Plus pumpkin pie is very nutritious (forget all that butter in the crust).

Now I want raspberry pie too. But I don't have any raspberries.

We usually don't make apple or pumpkin pies in home - we just buy them :)
Well - enjoy yor pie! :D

I've been distributing that link to The First Fifty Digits of Pi to all my friends and family in preparation for tomorrow!

The Bullwinkle one makes me smile.
Also the Infomercial, the Morse Code, and the Modern Major General.
And the Touch-Tone Phone. And the Battle Hymn.
Oh, and the HAL one is a hoot...
Oh, just listen to all of them!

Happy Pi Day. Instead of pie, here's a LibriVox pie chart!
