You know you're spending too much time at Librivox when...

Everything except LibriVox (yes, this is where knitting gets discussed. Now includes non-LV Volunteers Wanted projects)

... you dreamt that you met Hugh at a knitting convention, and he had forgotten to bring his knitting so he did a solo performance of the "Fame" theme song to entertain all of the knitters ...

Fame!
I'm gonna live forever.
I'm gonna learn how to fly,
High!
I feel it coming together,
People will see me and cry
Fame!
I'm going to make it to heaven,
Light up the sky like a flame,
Fame!
I'm gonna live forever,
Baby remember my name...

When you are looking at the forum on CHRISTMAS DAY!!!

There were at least 5 other people looking at the forum when I was looking . . . it's a sickness.

When you tell yourself that you can't stop to kill your little brother, who has just managed to be given the most annoying singing rat doll ever created for Christmas, because you're too busy reading and posting on the forums.

Yeah I edited some recordings during the Bears-Packers game. Oh well, we've got project targets to meet; Audiobooks to distribute to the masses. We are on a most wonderful mission and we must succeed! Onward fellow readers; we cannot allow such things as christmas to stand in the way.

... when you write a response to someone posting about dreaming about you singing "fame," erase it because you really should just give librivox a break from the 25th to jan 1, write a response again, and erase it for the same reason, then get home from xmas dinner, and finally cannot resist writing a response.

Oh, goodness, no... it was not a bash at all! ... it was a true compliment... The Fame theme song is very fitting for what we're doing here, don't you think? And, though I have great respect for Hugh and his work here, I assure you that your idea of him being my "hero of dreams" is completely in your imagination.

On Christmas day you return to the forums every five minutes (while editing a book project you started 12 months ago…)

Yeah, yesterday it was really lame on the forum. I was able to read every single post, like in the old days, and most of the time when I looked there weren't any new posts. Time this nonsense were over. ;)

... you start guessing other Librivoxer's time zones by when they seem to be logged on most, then realize you can do that because you check the forum during peak hours for every time zone.
