Alan, an average age of 50 is required before claims of fading are heeded, out of the respect-for-elders clause.

With your average age of 30.5, you get no respect.
What you confuse for fading is simply light brightness and frequent unintelligibility.

Pee Ess: can some one give me the equasion for "average age"? Is der a statustition in the group? (ard, don't you dare edit my spelling here!)
