"Perfumes and their Reputation"
Tricia, is this one of those tomes that, as with different flower types, each perfume is sending a different message, and there's one for every occasion?
I once saw an old book about the "flower messages" which ran to several hundred pages. Hey, if someone needed a flower that said "My grandfather's horse has lumbago", I reckon it would probably have been in that book.

I was thinking it was more the history of perfumes in general - how they were prized in Egypt, vilified in Puritan America, etc.

Can't believe we're recording David Hasselhoff's Process!
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

What a funny visual! Homer, the learned bard, delivering the epic story of Ulysses... In full rap throw down style!
