I am quietly seething because my HVAC unit probably has been driving my electricity bill way up; something about a 5kWh heat strip suggests the customer service person online. I turned off the unit until I can get it fixed. Naturally this happens during another cold-for-Florida (40 degree mornings again dammit) snap.

I think I'll record more Alice Thru the Looking Glass...
