Hey all Just thought I'd mention I won't be here from tomorrow morning until late on monday. I'll be at the annual folklife festival in Seattle Washington, so it will be great. And really it couldn't have come at a better time, all of my projects are stable.

As long as we're mentioning it, I'm gone this weekend as well, to a place without internet! What is this horrible, wretched place? Hell? Prison? No - it's the north Georgia mountains and it's supposed to be pleasant enough, despite this egregious lack.

Do we need another Teddy Roosevelt to tell us to go back to nature and hike in the hills?

Seems some want to be 'borgish too.

How did you GeoCache in the olden days Uncle?
We used a compas and a paper map, of all things!

I'm back. I really wish I'd invested in a portable mic. (Zoom H2)

I'm going to buy an H2 shortly. I think it would be a great investment especially since it's hard to find quiet time here with 3 teenagers around. (Many more at times with all their friends)

Did you take pictures??

Well I think so. I was telling this story of how I discovered that pi was rational. They all knew I was lying.
