I try not to repeat a letter, but have done so on occasion. (Sometimes I only notice afterwards!)
For the current word, there weren't a lot of letters NOT in it, so it didn't seem right to repeat for that one.

Perhaps we should go to the opposite extreme and choose a short word, e.g. SHADOWY

A shorter word? That's an interesting idea. :) The rounds would be much faster and we would be changing words more frequently.

(Just for the record, I don't seem to remember any restriction concerning the number of times a letter could be used. :D )

..so everyone... Where are we?
I really don't care one way or another about repeating letters, etc...
i just want to play games with other word-nerds. :) And thereby preserve my sanity.

It's spelled as the Germans do, with a C: SCHADENFREUDE.
Is it a go?

Fran seen near sand dunes? Nah! She raced and reached her shed. As sudden, she scared her hens. Rude!
