Looks legit: recording Latin texts for a language learning endeavour.

Just like here, if the texts they're recording are public domain worldwide (which generally means the author/translator died more than 70 years ago - up to 100 years in a very small number of countries - and published more than 95 years ago), then that's all the copyright permission needed. :)
