The first link is already in the wiki under the copyright and public domain info. That Cornell page gets updated each year, but the url stays the same, so we don't need to update the link. The second is new (to me at least). If it works reliably, we should definitely add that link as well. Thanks for finding and sharing it, Kim. :)
