Vive le Netherlands!
Someday the hollanders will save the freedom of the internet too.

This was fast, it almost seems like PirateBay had a plan-B and are moonshining their collective butts with a big grin. Hilarious. I need to find netnews about this incident.

I love it! Yes, Stephan, I think it is clear that they had plans in place. And well, they should have when you make enemies of the powerful and the connected!

But I think you really mean "mooning" their collective butts, in the American English venacular!! Moonshine is illegal whiskey, typically distilled from corn. The only relationship it has to a butt is that, for the uninitiated, a drink of it will knock you down onto it!

I know that sometimes things get lost in the translation. All the laughing heads I put in my earlier post were in gratitude, not in derision. I have not had a good laugh in weeks.

Your English is excellent, Stephan, and I didn't want you to take all the laughing in the wrong way. It is just one of those things that happens...

I was imagining all those butts doused with moonshine and then someone striking a match!

Anyway, thank you for the laugh my friend-- even if it was unintentional!

Now I better cease and desist on this thread before I get run out of town!

Hihi. Like in the wake of this incident a hacker hacked www.sonymusicstudios.co.uk showing a turkish flag for some time and a link to an mp3-file with a line out of the movie: Pirates of the Caribbean.

I'm disturbed that Wells is not PD in the UK too -- I had this prob with Styles. Bah.

When did Verne die? Aha. 1905. So 80 Days is definitely out of copyright.
