Don't get me wrong - I should like the 10th anniversary podcast to be a special one, but I didn't get much feedback in the planning thread, and with the best will in the world I don't have time myself to put together anything complex this year. However, if anyone else would like to host a more ambitious podcast, I will step back very, very willingly . Anyone?

I know LibriVox doesn't solicit contributions as a rule, but I'd like to encourage it in a 10th anniversary podcast. Is that acceptable?

Here's a bit from me, which I'm a bit leery of sending, as it might be just too silly. (But you did say "FUN is the watchword" -- so it's your own doing!)

I'm aware that it's too long at 2:10. But my dad insisted that the very bits I wanted to cut out just happened to be the bits he wanted left in. So rather than argue between us, we will leave it up to you, Ruthie. When you make up the podcast, you use whichever bits you want and freely cut out the rest.

Thank you so much, Mary and Maria . We all need a bit of silliness, Maria, and I look forward to it!

Gosh, there aren't a lot of contributions to this podcast yet. Surely there are dozens of us LibriVoxers who have something to say for this important anniversary!!!
