Organising the clean-up is very draining. You have done a magnificent job! Three cheers for Ava!

Just for us that are too lazy to work it out - how long to go ? If you are in LV time just post and say 1 hour 55 mins from now or something - it would be nice to know

I think it must be about 20 minutes - PDT is 8 hours behind me.

That sounds about right. For some reason I have 11 hours behind stuck in my brain but I knew that wasn't right - I think it's something to do with flight time or what time it actually is at the other end coming or going what with date lines and things it's quite weird between here and there

I liked that this was a surprise clean-up month, so I would be in favour of not having a scheduled one

And, now it's time to reveal the numbers...

Tadaaaa...

In this month, we have completed...
121 Projects!

19 of those were from the cleanup list (actually 20, the last one is complete but didn't make it into the catalog on time.)

This was the most successful month right after our all time high in November 2009 with 144. (Unless I overlooked something).

Thank you to everybody who has contributed to this cleanup month.
Whether you were PLing, recoring, pushing your readers as BC, or even if you were just cheering from the sidelines -

Thank you so much everybody!

Hmmph. Perhaps it doesn't change at midnight PDT.

ETA We do actually know, of course, it's just not showing on the home page yet.

Well, at least the librivox blog changes clocks as predicted... We'll see. I'll check the numbers again a bit later.

By the way, since you were asking Ruth: To hit 9000 projects for our 10th anniversary, we would need 139 completed projects until August 10th. That's quite a bit, so I would not count on it. We will probably arrive at 9000 projects some time in August, however, so I guess this is good enough

121 Projects? Fantastic work everyone!

And I reckon the Spanish Brothers will hit the catalogue in the next day or so as well, and there's another 18 projects fully claimed but not yet complete! So the clean-up effects will roll on into next month too! :9:

And already 3 catalogued in July! 8-)

Yes, I wanted to mention the fully claimed ones too in my post above... thanks for doing this Beth!

I'll make a last round through the projects to see if there are updates as to the not-fully-claimed ones, but that will be my final deed for this cleanup.
I have already treated myself to a movie and two glasses of white wine with a friend... :9:

Thanks again everybody for your help, support, and enthousiasm for our latest cleanup!
Cheers, Ava.
