Tomorrow is the meeting day. If nobody participates or make plans, I'll just cancel it.

We are meeting 'online', using communitcation service. And we're first planning to do it on this time :

How about we have a fixed date and time a few weeks in advance? I think it would attract more people.

That would be great - but how many weeks would be appropriate?

Why don't you make it "every month on the yth Sunday at xxx hours Seoul time".
If you have a fixed time and date like this it would save a lot of discussion.

Make sure, however, that xxx is a time when nobody is asleep - something like afternoon in Asia/Australia, morning in Europe and (Saturday) evening in the US. (I have no idea if this is even possible).
Cheers, Ava.

Well...

Here it is the sample :

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html?iso=20150514&p1=5&p2=235&p3=136&p4=137&p5=28&p6=179&p7=16&p8=155

And if in Seoul (KST) is 11:00PM, And Australia (30 minutes later than Seoul), the rest are mornings and afternoons.

Making the time all awake is hard!

Ava, I have soon noticed - evening in Asia, afternoon in Europe, morning in US could be possible.

Looks good, well done!

Los Angeles is very early, but I think that every now and then it's okay. Besides, the meetings would take somewhat longer anyway so people could pop in later?

I leave this up to you how to handle this in the future. You're doing a good job!
Cheers, Ava.
