I've been looking for some mystery books to listen to, and came across R Austin Freeman. Lo and behold, there are two books that appear to be the same, but recorded under different titles. Anyone knows why that is so?

Mostly just curious. Thanks!
Same book, different titles?

The Bibrec tab at Gutenberg says of "The Vanishing Man":
Published in the UK as "The Eye of Osiris"
And vice versa, with the PG text of "The Eye of Osiris." So there ya go.
