Disappearing forum posts/PMs

For a couple of hours today (around 0800 GMT, 0300 EST, 0000 PST) a slight technical glitch has meant that some forum posts and Private Messages disappeared. It's a very rare occurrence, as far as we can tell.

Please check, and repost (or resend PMs) if they have vanished and are still important.

Thanks for that, Ruth! I thought I had had a very senior moment when my post wasn't there any more and MW had switched back, too.
