Eradicate the "Disclaimer" [Thread Closed]

This has been discussed extensively now. The decision taken is that we will use the following disclaimers for the foreseeable future:

For books and longer recordings:

* Intro: each chapter has the standard LibriVox disclaimer:
"Chapter [number] of [book title]. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit librivox.org. - (If wished, name of reader) - [Book title] by [author]. Chapter [number]."
* Outro: "End of chapter [number]. (If wished, name, URL, location of reader)


For short poems etc:

* Intro: each recording has the standard LibriVox disclaimer:
"[Poem title], by [Poem author]. Read for librivox.org (If wished: by [Reader's name]."
* Outro: "End of poem. This recording is in the public domain."
