I have been using Google Helpouts https://helpouts.google.com/home to help me with setting up a podcast and find it to be a very helpful medium to receive help and advice.

Google Helpouts is an online site where people can offer to help others with certain things. They post their time when available and anyone can request help. The time is agreed upon and a 'hangout' session on their computer offers a way for you to talk with and see each other assuming you have a camera. Also, either party can let the other see their screen to show problems and ask questions and this is very useful when explaining problems; the 'expert' can see exactly what you are doing and give advice.

Some of these are for money but most are free. I am suggesting that LibriVox may think of using this new technology to help people who have some technical knowledge understand Audacity and things like that.

It is not necessary to go through Google Hangouts I'm sure but that is what is I've been using. Perhaps some of us could set up Skype or something do this on an as needed basis. Just a thought.
