Scout's files are now available on his blog. Scout's blog- Anne

All of the audiobooks below have coverart (some newly created); just one LibriVox heading/disclaimer (at the beginning of the audiobook); and where possible all chapter headings are reduced to their original printed ones. Hopefully there will be little or nothing to break a listener's train of thought.

Audiobooks offered on this post are included below so everything is nicely wrapped up together. :)

I'm not happy with the coverart of That Affair at Elizabeth, insipid someone told me! :( Here's a link to an alternative jpg image, which you can load into the audiofile (use iTunes, for example).

At the moment I'm not in 'design' mode, so if anyone can come up with something more appropriate then please feel free to submit it here.

PS. Ignore this message if you download the audiofile now (9 April, 2012) or later.

One replacement cover art file to be loaded into iTunes:

REPLACEMENT COVER ART: coverart(alexander_selkirk).jpg

NB! This link has also been placed on the main page/post--don't duplicate your download.

Sorry about that, even I am (a little) fallible sometimes. :(

Suggestion: as people download these, they won't know what they've looked at and what they haven't. Perhaps in your posts announcing new offerings, you could say the title of the book so that they know what to look for in your list. :)

Eer, Tricia, wasn't it you who said that you were not bothered with all these disclaimers? What are you doing here then?

 Ok, I've had my fun for today, back to business ...

Hello Tricia, nice to hear from you!

In answer to your question, Tricia, I had thought about that. I agree that it sure would make it far more convenient for those who seek quality Librivox M4B audiofiles. But then I thought, why make it easy for the bots that frequent this forum?

Another factor that figured in was how the Wiki M4B Audiobook site is set up--they do not inform Librivox users of new additions to their library. You know, I don't wish to differ too greatly from the norms, we've all seen (heard) the back door rumours (mostly false) being spread by a certain empire builder who didn't manage to succumb me to her will. Far better that I tread lightly, m' t'inks, until everything settles down.

But, by jove, it is delightful to see that you're taking an interest in my work, Tricia! :D Tell you what, I'll give your proposal a little more thought, because it sure is difficult to disappoint you.
