Having regard to the quality (or lack thereof) of my singing voice, how about I threaten to record if enough people DO NOT contribute to the fundraiser?

You don't have to sing it - you can say it, chant it, shout it, whisper it... anything as long as you DO IT!

And I need more people... fast! It will be pathetic with only a few voices.

I am having a whale of a time editing this, but there is room for loads more people - just one verse, or even one line, spoken or sung, and some boom-de-ya-das.

You will regret not doing it when you hear this magnificent production!

And I guess the singers will be more or less anonymous right? So no need to worry about repercussions! :D

I boom de-ya-daed a lot. Listening to it all through, it's not that bad, it's just not amazing. I can't wait to hear the whole thing though.
So little space, so much to say.

Uploaded to the folder:
http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/rg/ilovelibrivox_pv.mp3
1 min 49 seconds

Stuff to play around with, use what you like if anything. There are a few versions of boom-de-ya-da's in there. :)

Got them, thanks Lucy and PV. Thanks also to everyone else who has contributed.

IT IS NOT TOO LATE! If I find more in my folder in the morning I shall be delighted. :) I think it will be the most edited 1'20" in LibriVox history.

My 15 year old son is in your folder. He says this around the house all the time! (as per Stephen Hawkins)

Wouldn't it be fancy if we did a video with this, too? Webcam clips of people recording?

Hi Ruth,

with the understanding that this is going to be completely anonymized, and never to be spoken of again, I have uploaded something for you.

Can't wait to hear the finished version!
