The weekend is usually fruitful. :)

So we're in the top 10!

I wonder how many of the top months were cleanup months. This month might need an asterisk by it.

Probably quite a few. Last March was a cleanup. And July and August of 2016 were after the hack or the new catalog ~ I can't remember which. We had a big backlog because of it, so that kind of skews things as well.

Hack? :hmm: That must have been just a bit before my time. Who would hack LV? Or am I misunderstanding something?

No, you're understanding it correctly. Someone bent on mischief succeeded in creating a mess and the admin team at the time did a fantastic job of restoring and recreating to get things back to working order. The hack came before the new catalog system.

Hmmm. Mellon catalog revamp was 2013. The hack was 2011: https://librivox.org/2011/05/27/librivox-forum-hacked/

Okay, I really have my dates mixed up then. I thought 2016 was to recent for the hack, but I do remember cleaning up the mess and there was a bit of a lull then spike, but not that one. (The months matched up, so I do have that!)

08-2011 108
07-2011 96
06-2011 63

Was 2016 just a cleanup effort? Now I need to figure it out.

Found it! We were aiming to hit the 10,000 project mark. I knew it had to be something dramatic to cause a spike two months in a row! :D

We're at 123 - tied for 3rd highest!

I doubt we'll get to the next place - 144 - in the next few hours.

That clean-up month in 2009 must have been intense! It was the first year when LV passed 1000 completed projects.
