Thank you. I have been a bit remiss the last couple of weeks, but will do another selection including Lincoln as soon as it's up. I will also spotlight it for a week or two.

I absolutely adored the collab of Wilkie Collins's Lady in White - a dramatic reading: http://librivox.org/the-woman-in-white-by-wilkie-collins/ (catalogued in November).

Thanks, Gesine. I will include that too. I did a lot of editing on it and really enjoyed it.

I have been remiss... but I will include all these in the next staff pick tomorrow or Monday.

Kristine and her team just finished Boccaccio's Decameron, with each reader reading the 10 parts for each character and one narrator spliced in throughout. It isn't seasonal or anything, but might it make a good pick? It's high quality reading.
I will do it today if I can. I can't get archive.org to load at all at the moment.

You have just GOT to include...
http://librivox.org/the-man-who-would-be-king-by-rudyard-kipling/
... in the staff picks, it's a fantastic reading!

Indeed, I quite agree! It was in the Staff Picks at the beginning of January and doubtless will be again.FNH wrote:You have just GOT to include...

Well Ruth - I'm sure you'd never suggest it yourself but I'm afraid The Magic World by Nesbit, read by - yes, by you - needs to be a Staff Pick. http://librivox.org/the-magic-world-by-e-nesbit/ Such a wonderful reading and the stories simply delightful - I shudder to think that anyone would miss it.

Oh. OK, I will put it in the next selection. It was really fun to record.
