Librivox Promo

I'm writing with a couple of questions and a suggestion...
First, where can I find the Librivox promo to play in my podcast? I've heard it played on a few other shows and want to be sure to promote Librivox whenever I can.
Secondly, might I suggest that the promo be placed somewhere on the website easily accesible for download, thus increasing distribution and use?
Lastly, could the "Volunteers" and other listings on the bottom right-hand side of the Librivox main page be placed somewhere else, a little more visible? Possibly on its own page? While I was searching for the promo, I discovered this for the first time (after having visited the page several times over the last couple of months).
