Maybe people already do this but it occurred to me that if you put the claim date in the format yy/mm/dd as the first thing in the notes column of the MW (eg: 21/10/31 ~2000 words) like here then you can just sort the MW by the notes column and you'll have a list of claims ordered oldest to newest which makes it easy if you need to chase up outstanding sections. Perhaps more relevant for longer projects.

Yes, you can do that. But DO NOT accidentally (or purposely) drag and drop any sections in the MW, because then the sections all get renumbered!
I generally sort by status. Then all the "Assigned" ones are up top, and I browse through those for old claims. But again, don't drag and drop!

Let me endorse what Tricia said about dragging and dropping sections in the mw. I am speaking from Personal experience here and it is not a fun thing. I don't know why it is so easy to move them around and wish it were a lot more difficult so people like me with nervous fingers can't do it absent mindedly. while reaching for their coffee cup or shooing a cat from in front of the monitor. (sadly again, personal experience)
