I use Windows 10 and Firefox. When I login and click in the Username box, I get a pull-down which (as well as Peter Why) displays the other attempts that I've made by mistake, including my password. Is there any way of clearing this list? Not that anyone else has access to this computer, but it's a minor irritation.

Not sure, really... Clear the cache and see what happens?

I'm pretty sure some of the settings in about:preferences#privacy (put that in the address bar) will clear the old logins.

Thank you both. I did it by Clearing All Cookies through Firefox. A bit drastic, but it worked immediately.

EDIT: I was driven by irritation. I could probably just have deleted LibriVox's cookies!

Peter: In firefox you can put the cursor in the login id field and press the down arrow key to show the list of stored auto fill options. Down arrow to highlight the one you want to remove, then press delete. Somewhat less drastic than deleting all the cookies.

Thank you very much; I had no idea you could do that.

Oddly, since I deleted the cookies, I stay logged on all the time, where, before, I would automatically be logged off after an hour or so off-line. It's very convenient.
