Shared account request

Hi, could an admin help with this please? Joshua is hoping to be able to have a shared account for his high school club, which we've discussed a little over in the 1 min test viewtopic.php?f=21&t=84289
Please see below the reasons as to why they are hoping to use a shared account
Please see below the reasons as to why they are hoping to use a shared account
Hello,
1) The account is planned to be used by one or two individuals (one of which is me! Joshua Lin). Our club was looking to expand our horizons and volunteer in more activities, especially with the restrictions that came along with COVID-19. LibriVox was an activity many of our members are interested in, so I wanted to use this account to simplify the process for our members and encourage participation.
2) Yes, this is a High School club, however, we are also a club dedicated to service (you can refer to our international organization here: https://www.keyclub.org/). In order to actually be in the club and participate, parents must already be aware of their child's participation in the club (it's part of our registration process to become a club member), so you don't need to worry about that!
3) We do not discourage individuals to set up accounts. We'd mainly like to create a joint one because many of our members have many other commitments (other clubs, schoolwork), and many of them don't have the time to set things up. However, many of them still want to contribute, so I'm attempting to simplify the process for them. However, if an individual wants to create their own account, we'll walk them through the process. You also won't need to worry about the quality of our recordings as well. We will walk our members through the One-Minute test, and make sure they meet LibriVox requirements before recording.
By having a joint account, we can also allow LibriVox to be a year-round activity that members can contribute to, and be able to manage our activities better (it's much easier to appropriately award our members hours that they will graduate with).
If you need any proof/verification to allow this shared account, please let me know.
