Hello All,

As I am preparing the initial 1-minute test, I have used the checker app and it tells me that my volume is outside the target range.

Where in Audacity can I change this? The mic volume dial seems set to max and does not move when I click it.

It seems simple but I cannot find the solution in the tutorials or online.

Thank you.

You can use the Amplify effect.
Select your whole 1-minute test by clicking 'select' over on the left side of your window. Then select Amplify... from the Effect menu. If checker says your volume is - say - 5 dB too low put 5 in the 'Amplification' box. (Also, a negative number in the Amplification box will reduce the volume by that number of dB.)
