Can someone tell me if this book is in the public domain and eligible for Librivox?

I would like to record "The Life of Dominic Savio" by John Bosco, who died in 1909. The only text I could find was at this website:

Would that pass the Librivox muster for public domain?

I have emailed the website to see if they possibly have the original copy, or can provide a scan of the copyright page.
I have not been able to find a scan of the book online, or even a copy for sale from that printing.
