Downloading accidentally deleted files [SOLVED]

Hello, I am working on the Children’s Short Works collection (vol.37) and have this one file that always goes wrong. My most recent screw-up with this is that I accidentally deleted the file from my desktop folder and don’t know how to retrieve it. I have a Mac computer, by the way. Could someone tell me how to get it back please? This file was already submitted.

When you click on this, there is no way of saving the file? (I haven't used a Mac in more than a decade.) For a PC, the three dots to the right in the oval can be clicked for a download.

Press Control, click on the audio link, choose Save as.
