How long does it take to approve the 1-minute test?

I submitted my reading 1 week ago, and have yet top hear anything back.

I was wondering how long it should take..?

Once somebody started giving you the feedback (by responding to your posts in Listeners Wanted), we usually expect the same user to finish reviewing your test. Linny may be busy now and forgot to check your upload.

That said, perhaps you can re-read the instructions on how to name your MP3 file. Yours seems to contain symbols that aren't allowed in file names on Windows, for instance... The duration is good to have, but you are supposed to supply it in the post, not in the file name.
