I am trying to export my audio to 128kbps but audacity isn't giving me that option. Is it my computer? Or audacity? Or me?https://www.flickr.com/photos/188741622@N04/49967017798/in/dateposted-public/

Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Looks like you have ticked the "Preset" choice, (in the row just above the "Quality" dropdown menu). Try ticking the "Constant" choice instead. Then you should see 128kb as one of the choices offered in the "Quality" dropdown menu.
Here's what it looks like on my computer-

Have you upgraded Audacity to 2.4 ?

If you have, the upgrade may have altered your defaults. When you choose Export as mp3, at the bottom of the panel, under File Name, you need to choose Constant, then choose 128kb from the bit rate pull-down list.

EDIT: simultaneous posts!

Thank you all! You all were right, my presets changed and all I had to do was change it back!
