A third party is claiming the copyright of the Librivox recordings

Good morning I want to make a complaint about the audio books published on your librivox page, I have downloaded several audio books from librivox to make some videos and share them on youtube. since the books are in the public domain. I have uploaded to my YouTube channel the book Adventures of Masin (Tom) Sawyer translated into Spanish. and narrated by Victor villlarraza, and there is a person called: Reuben Flores claiming the copyright for this audiobook. and you have monetized this video and earn income with it.
I already sent a notification to the person who made the claim on my youtube channel but I do not accept the authorship of librivox, and he has claimed the authorship of this audiobook to youtube.
I ask you to please do something to solve this problem. If the audiobook is in the public domain, no one can claim copyright that does not belong to it.

Here I send you the link to the channel of the person who claims the authorship of the librivox audiobooks:

This is the video that I have created to share it on my channel

I want you to please do something so that this person can remove the claim they have made on my channel since my channel has a copyright claim from this channel

I am sorry I do not understand the problem. Is someone trying to prevent you from posting this story on your YouTube channel? That, of course, would be wrong as you have as much right to post this story as anyone else.
What? What's that? Why are you shouting?

I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do. We do not claim copyright to our recordings. However, this person is making a false claim that they own our recordings because our recordings are placed into the public domain for access for anyone.... not to be copyright claimed.

The recordings themselves (even in HIS video) say "This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain." (in Spanish, of course). If YouTube contacts you, you can direct them to that clear statement in the first few seconds of the recording.

We don't have resources to fight copyright claims made against us; we don't have resources to fight them between two third parties. :? Sorry!

The one that started them all: Self-Help, by Samuel Smiles
Elizabethan Poetry: The Psalmes of David
Boring works 30-70 minutes long: Insomnia Collection 5
Short essays: Elia, and The Last Essays of Elia

Plus I want to point out that "WE", that is: LibriVox, do not maintain a youtube channel or app or whatever else people may use to access our recordings.

WE simply make public domain audiobooks and offer them to, well, the public at large. :D

I'm afraid you will have to take it up with youtube and/or the owner of that other channel. Good luck.
Cheers, Ava.

It is nothing to do with us.
However iff you look at your first link it says
Aventuras de Masín (Tom) Sawyer by Mark Twain (1835 - 1910)

Read by Victor Villarraza

Copyright: CC. Both the book and the audio are in the public domain. The audio is the records of Librivox.
And then gives the copyright of the music they use.
