Has the imput of duration changed its format in the metadata section? The pattern for time used to be 00:00:00 but today I see, at least in one project, a simple zero. Do we still use the old pattern?

I don't know.

You don't need to enter the file durations into the metadata. The catalog system does that automatically. The rest of the fields need entering on compilations, though.

Hahaha! Typical me! I should have asked weeks ago about the metadata.

Yes please do not enter any metadata other than author and source for collections only. The rest happens automatically on validation and cataloging. If something shows up as zero in the catalog, that is probably an error and you should point it out to the MC (or any admin) so we can take a look and fix it. If it's a really old project, it's possible it was never fixed properly when all the data was transferred from the old database to the new back in 2013.

Jo - doesn't the language need to be entered on multilingual collections?
